Our admin team are the first line of support. When you call, you will receive a friendly voice at the end of the phone, willing to help you find the right person to speak to. They also support the rest of the team.

Our Health Visitor is here to help with any queries or concerns you may have. Katherine is available each Thursday.
Speech and Language Therapist –
Our Speech and Language Therapist provides Support within our daily parent and child groups, home visits and telephone support offering personalised speech and language guidance
Family Support Team in Carrickfergus
Our Family Support Team is responsible for planning and running groups.
We also carry out home visits and home support so just give us a call if there’s anything we can help you with.
If you’re not comfortable coming to groups a member of our Family Support Team can come to you at home to support you in areas such as behaviour management, feeding/weaning, toilet training, home management, budgeting or simply to provide a listening ear.
